The The dates, times and locations for the Small Community Leaders Trainings have been updated.  Please note that the training is for all who will be leading small communities during the coming year.  Since the trainings will be geared to Book Two on the sacraments, attendance at last year’s training will not provide the requisite information for leading this year’s program.  Sr. Pat Thomas, O.P., would like the leader and a substitute from each community to attend.

Most Blessed Sacrament Church is participating in the WHY CATHOLIC?  program sponsored by the Diocese of Fort Worth.  All members of our parish are invited and encouraged to join a small Christian Community to understand and deepen what it means to be Catholic. This is a great opportunity to "review" and "renew" our Catholic Faith. It is meant for all parishioners, high school age and adults of all ages, new to the Catholic Church as well as those "cradle Catholic" members and everyone in between.

Why Catholic? group meetings for the first six of 12 sessions started October 4, 2009. The Small Christian Communities gathered once a week and generally met  for six consecutive weeks. There were an additional six meetings scheduled generally between Ash Wednesday and  Easter.
