Welcome Ministry
The MBS Welcome Ministry
builds community by welcoming newcomers to the parish. We prepare an information
packet and distribute it to newcomers. We host receptions for newcomers to
introduce them to the parish staff and MBS community.
A parish directory is prepared and published periodically.

Ministry team? It only takes a warm smile and a kind word of welcome to
be a member of the Welcome Ministry. Experience the gratitude of a new
parish member leaving your presence with a lighter step and a spiritual
sense of belonging after receiving an information packet from you. This
Group hands out prepared packets after mass on the 2nd Sunday of each
month, September through May, and we need volunteers to hand out the
packets.
