Vacation Bible School

June 15 - June 19, 2009

Over 150 Vacation Bible Schoolers enjoyed Crocodile Dock this week "where fearless kids shine God's Light."  They learned "God is Powerful", "God is with Us" and to "Fear Not" with fun themes in the Bible Bayou, Gator Games, Dockside Drive-in, Crawfish Crafts, Rocky's Pre-school Playhouse and Theater and the popular "Snack Shack". Everyone practiced their songs for the end of the week performance in the sanctuary.

Thanks to all of our Leaders and Youth helpers for their guidance all week, and special thanks to Joan Lord and her helpers for teaching the singing and choreography. A very Special Thank You to Our Director of Religious Education, Becky Lucas, for her organization and direction of Vacation Bible School.
