High Seas Expedition: Exploring the Mighty Love of God
Captain Joan and First Mate Lisa set sail on a High Seas Expedition with 200 participants this year from June 14th to June 18th. Kids ages 3 years thru 5th grade went on a vast voyage through God’s Word as they participated in memorable Bible-learning activities, learned songs, played teamwork-building games, dug into theme based treats, and experienced Bible adventures. They started each day with group singing followed by the hoisting of the day's "sail" over the ship with God's Word - Bible Point and a visit from sailor Jack. Then they broke off into groups and looked for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concluded at The Floating Finale—a celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned!

Thanks to the 100 volunteers, youth and adults, who helped make this a week full of faith, food and fun!

A Special Thank You to our Director of Religious Education, Becky Lucas, for all her planning and coordination of this years High Seas Expedition !
