available for those who would like a shorter version to begin the
registration process. Once you have completed this short form and
returned it to the parish office, you will be registered in our
parish. Then, you will receive an invitation in the mail to pick up a
Welcome Packet after mass on one of our Welcome Weekends. This packet
will have information about Most Blessed Sacrament and the longer
registration form. It is important that you complete the long form at
