Sunday Morning Adult Bible Study
Deacon Jim Blackmore invites all adults to join
him in discussing the Sunday readings in the Overflow Room near the
entry to the church at 9:05- 9:50 AM Sunday mornings.

Tuesday, 9:15-10:30 AM
Our Bible Study class begins at 9:15 AM with a
gathering and fellowship over a cup of coffee. The lesson
begins at 9:30 AM. The format of the Bible Study is like a
"Liturgy of the Word." We say an opening prayer and we read
the 3 readings for the coming Sunday. We then discuss the
readings and try to better understand the Sunday readings.
Our group closes with the Lord's Prayer and the
Sign of Peace. If anyone has a need for special prayers, these
are mentioned at this time.
Babysitting is available. If you are
interested in this service please call the church office a day ahead
to be sure she is available.
From time to time, members of the group also
participate in spiritual and social events such as: Seder meal,
trips to museums, an annual Christmas party, potluck lunches and
plays. We also try to car pool to other events of interest.
